Offshore Staffing Process
|
|
You hire an offshore
staff for a period of 6 months. You
place a formal purchase order to us
along with one month's advance
payment in full. This payment is
adjusted with the invoice of the
final month of the staffing contract
period. |
|
|
The
staff works exclusively for you for
8 hours per day, 6 days in a week.
Total hours of work done per month
are 192. |
|
|
The
staff is in our payroll and he / she
works from our development centers
in Pakistan |
|
|
Throughout the
offshore staffing period the staff
is in regular communication with you
through email, chat and VoIP communication. |
|
|
Invoice
for the previous month is sent to
you between “2nd-5th” of every
month. Payment is made by you
through bank transfer within 7 days
of receiving the invoice. |
|
|
It is
assumed that the staff works for you
24 days in a month. So the invoice
amount is reduced proportionately if
the number of days worked in a month
is less than 24. However, if the
number of days worked is more than
24 in a month, the invoice amount is
not increased. |

You can
renew your offshore staffing
contract at the time of expiry of
the same. |
